It can be. It doesn't always end that way. The person I was with before Tony married someone else. And, I suppose technically, Tony is married already.

Doctor is a title that's earned. It's not a name I was given at birth. I spent years in school to get that title.

It's a middle name. It's meant to distinguish me from anyone else with the same first and last name.
